Shipping Policy (United States & Europe)

This Shipping Policy describes how orders placed on Lyvini are processed and delivered to customers in the United States and Europe.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and to most European countries, including but not limited to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and other European Union member states. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.

Delivery Times

For customers in the United States, standard international shipping usually takes between eight and fifteen business days after dispatch, while express shipping may take between three and seven business days. For customers in Europe, standard international shipping generally takes between seven and twelve business days, and express shipping may take between two and five business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order weight. From time to time, we may offer free standard shipping promotions for orders that meet specific conditions. Any promotional free shipping applies only when the requirements are met before checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments to the United States and Europe may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, depending on local regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Address Accuracy

Lyvini is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Orders returned due to address issues may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take up to forty-eight hours to appear after dispatch.
