Exchange & Return Policy

At Lyvini, you can request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request

  • If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.

  • Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • The quickest way: return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, beauty/personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

EU Customers

  • Orders shipped to the EU include a 14-day right of withdrawal, regardless of reason.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

  • Banks or card issuers may take extra time to post the refund.
